Keith Forsberg, CPA

Keith earned both his B.A. and Master of Accounting degrees from Brigham Young University, building a strong academic foundation in finance and assurance. He joined Tull, Forsberg & Olson, PLC in 1999 and has since developed deep expertise in audit and accounting services for a wide range of clients.  In his practice, Keith focuses on helping organizations strengthen internal controls, prevent fraud, and improve overall business operations through practical, data-informed advice. He recently returned from a three-year service mission in Central America, where he supported underserved communities—an experience that broadened his perspective and further enriched his client-focused approach.

Timothy J. Fyan, CPA

Tim is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and a trusted advisor with more than two decades of experience in public accounting. Since joining the firm in 2000, Tim has provided comprehensive tax, audit, and accounting services to clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, multi-family housing, publishing, and insurance. He also works extensively with not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans, helping clients navigate complex compliance and reporting requirements with accuracy and confidence.

Before joining the firm, Tim spent four years with a local public accounting firm, where he specialized in audits of state and local governments, A-133 audits, and engagements involving Indian Tribes. His breadth of experience, analytical approach, and commitment to quality service have made him a valued resource for clients seeking practical solutions and long-term financial success.

John D. Morse, CPA

John joined Tull, Forsberg & Olson, PLC in 2004 and serves as a partner in the Audit and Accounting Department. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and has built a broad base of experience working with clients in multi-family housing, employee benefit plans, manufacturing, and the not-for-profit sector. Over the course of his career, John has developed a reputation for delivering practical, dependable guidance and helping clients manage their financial reporting, compliance, and operational requirements with clarity and confidence.

Within the firm, John oversees the peer review and internal monitoring program and is responsible for quality control across all attestation engagements. He works closely with engagement teams to ensure that the firm’s work consistently meets professional standards and regulatory expectations. John is also deeply committed to staff development, taking an active role in training, mentoring, and supporting the next generation of professionals. His balanced focus on quality and people has made him a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.

Beyond his responsibilities as a CPA, John is a semi-professional drummer who performs with a variety of groups throughout Arizona. He also enjoys photography, often exploring creative techniques and capturing the state’s unique landscapes and culture.

Mitchell L. Robinaugh, CPA

Mitch earned his B.S. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his MBA from Regis University. With more than twenty-five years of experience in tax and accounting, including four years at a national accounting firm, he brings deep expertise to his clients. Mitch focuses on the taxation of small businesses, trusts, pension plans, and individuals, providing comprehensive support in income tax planning and compliance.

Mitch is an active member of the Arizona Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He enjoys playing mandolin and bluegrass music.

Quynh Yubeta, CPA

With more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, Quynh is a seasoned CPA who specializes in working with small businesses and high net worth individuals, providing comprehensive tax planning and accounting advisory tailored to each client’s unique goals.

A trusted advisor known for her integrity and accessibility, Quynh has built long-term client relationships grounded in reliability and proactive service. Her deep technical expertise is complemented by a practical understanding of business operations—helping entrepreneurs and families alike navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.

Quynh is an active member of the Arizona Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Outside the office, she enjoys hiking the Arizona trails, practicing yoga and barre, and cheering on her two sons at their football games. She believes true success comes from balancing meaningful professional work with personal connection and community involvement.
